Remembering that with HirenHire it costs nothing to book your car, and there are no deferment or cancelation fees, it is a good idea to book in advance. In this our 24th year of 'Meet and Greet', record numbers of our valued customers have already booked again for Summer and beyond. The peace of mind and greater choice of booking early are clear advantages, and it also helps us to plan the provision of vehicles and services. You may contact us by e-mail or fax, but if you know your dates, and have queries we find it far better if you simply telephone. Since there is nothing to pay, we can book the car there and then, explain the different delivery options easily to you, and answer any queries you may have.

In office hours we always endeavour to answer the phone in 5 rings, and you will not be put into an 'option' queue, or be kept waiting. We can do this because we are still a relatively small company, and believe in offering an attentive, personal service. We always are extremely aware that customers do not like to wait {especially after a long flight), and our service is designed to be as efficient as possible. Unlike bigger (and some smaller!) companies, our systems are NOT computerised. Too many hours are spent by customers waiting for the data to be typed in and printed off for the queue of people in front of them, on the single terminal available, before it is their turn to wait during the same process. In our system, two or three people can be dealt with at the same time.
