We recognise we are in the real world, and if a deal can be agreed which is advantageous to both parties, that is the way forward, and often leads to future business.

The moral, therefore is -don't hesitate to ask for a reduction, if the price quoted makes it unfeasible, or if you think you've had a better price elsewhere. Often, in that case, we find a re-examination of our competitors quote, plus their hidden charges, makes ours the most competetive anyway. We don't have hidden charges.
